Do you ever get scared of the packaged pre-frozen meatballs that you purchase at the grocery store? Do you shake and shiver at the long list of unrecognizable ingredients? Well fear no more. Here’s a recipe for you so you can make your own. There’s enough you can use some immediately and freeze the rest for later use.

Notes:  I am a garlic FREAK and feel everything tastes better with garlic so I would add garlic to this recipe too.  But then most of my recipes will use garlic.  Garlic or no, it’s up to you.
