I was gifted about…. hmmm…. half a bushel of very small apples. Being the lazy gal that I am, I didn’t want to spend all my time peeling and coring apples for sauce, pie or whatever. So, I decided to try my hand at apple cider vinegar or AKA, ACV. Now I only have three quarters left of that half bushel. LOL, maybe I should have made a bigger batch?
I will let you know how it went in about, let’s say, umm…. six weeks, maybe less. But, I will let you know how it goes.
